AMFILOCHIAS GEYSEIS TSALAFOYTI 200g
It is a traditional Greek soft cream cheese with origin from Amfilochia, made from sheep's milk with rich, special and slightly sour taste. It has dense and velvet-texture that gives a combined taste of yogurt, cream and butter. You can consume it plain or try it on pies, traditional dakos salad, soups, meats, vegetables, eggs or it can be used as a base for tzatziki, spicy chilly cheese-salad, or plain cheese in green salad but also in many cooking recipes and even pastry.
